1. Your Statutory Rights

At GG Digital Creations, we value our collectors. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our policies are designed to work alongside your legal protections to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

We provide Free Tracked Shipping on all art print orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Production (Made-to-Order)2–7 business days
Standard UK Transit3–7 business days post-dispatch
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracked parcel has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.
  • International Orders: Customers outside the UK are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied upon delivery.
Tracking & Timelines: Individual tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

3. Custom-Made Exemptions

Every artwork is custom printed to order specifically for you. This bespoke process allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while reducing environmental waste.

  • 1-Hour Grace Period: We understand mistakes happen! You may cancel or amend your order (e.g., fix an address or change a size) within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us immediately.
Cancellation Rights: After the 1-hour grace period, production begins. Because our products are custom printed to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

4. Refund & Shipping Responsibility

We aim to make our resolution process as smooth as possible:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Any return shipping or replacement costs are fully covered by us.
  • Customer Error: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction.

5. Quality Guarantee

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production fault, please contact us within 30 days. Email clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be verified and will not be honoured.
