1. Orders, Pricing & Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and GG Digital Creations is only formed at the point of Dispatch Confirmation. Payment at checkout is an offer to purchase.

Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will inform you immediately. We are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect (lower) price if the error is unmistakable. In such cases, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Custom-Printed "Bespoke" Exemption

Our art prints are made-to-order (custom-printed) via our production partners. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, goods made to the consumer’s specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period.

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for these custom goods.

3. Fulfilment via Gelato

We partner with Gelato for global print-on-demand fulfilment. Delivery dates are estimates only. GG Digital Creations is not liable for delays caused by local fulfilment centres, courier strikes, or international customs processing.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original digital designs, photography, and written content (including blog articles) featured on this website are the intellectual property of Gavin Gallivan. We classify our artwork under the following specific categories:

AI-Assisted Collections:

Lumen Consciousness Series: This specific collection utilizes AI-generation tools. While the legal copyright status of raw AI imagery varies by jurisdiction, our specific curations, website assets, and the physical prints themselves remain protected under these terms.

No Commercial Rights: Purchase of a physical fine art print from any collection grants you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer any reproduction, digital scanning, or commercial rights. You may not reproduce, copy, alter, or resell our physical prints, digital files, logos, or written content for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent.

5. Coffee Compass App & AI Tools

Our website features an AI Barista tool ("Coffee Compass"). This feature is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of the AI-generated brewing advice. GG Digital Creations is not liable for any ruined coffee beans, damaged brewing equipment, or unsatisfactory results stemming from the use of this tool.

6. Website Use & Eligibility

Age Restriction: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not scrape data, introduce viruses, attempt to bypass our security measures, or use our platforms for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

GG Digital Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed gift deadlines or emotional distress).

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the goods ordered.

8. General Legal Terms

Right to Update: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The terms in place at the exact time of your purchase will govern that specific order.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting support before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
